There are many other advantages of being a member. Membership is
vital to SARCH and its advocacy for the Assisted Living Industry and
their residents.
Each home is independently owned and operated. Most home
provide assistance with activities of daily living, 3 meals plus snacks,
activities, outings, laundry and housekeeping, 24 hour supervision and
medication reminders/supervision, trip to doctors office and/or
coordination with transportation, provide exercise opportunities, and
spiritual/church service. All major holidays are celebrated including
birthdays. Most homes have a pharmacy home delivery service.
These services are provide in efforts to make sure that the
client’s needs are met and in turn gives the family members peace of
mine. Serving the client goes beyond meeting only the client’s needs,
but in part, the family’s needs as well.
