SARCH has been instrumental in how I run Doves' Nest Assisted Living.  The education and tools (Policy and Procedures Manual) have helped me in setting up my business in an organized and professional manner. The meetings are helpful and provide an opporturniopportunity hear about others' best practices.  Having Doves' Nest organized and set up in a professional manner has helped me during the licensing and re-licensing process.  Every year the surviors csurveyorstcompliment everything is in order and easy find.  I feel that because of this set up, it makes the survey a less stressful time. The annual educational conferences meets all the requirements from DADS for the manager and staff. The two day conference is held at a convienent convenientnd at a reasonable price - you just cannot beat it! The business contacts have been valuable throughout the years.  I am thankful to be a member of SARCH and I am grateful to SARCH for the vision of striving to make this a respected industry.
